This is a much happier post today! My favorite types of posts to do are about yoga and spirituality so this was a needed breath of fresh air for me. Happy reading!

I think this post reflects small seeds of discontent with how I’ve been lately. I want to cultivate a mindful life, connected to beauty and wholesome ideals. I think I need to take a trip to the forest sometime and simply sit on the dirt under trees.
