What do you wish you could do more every day?
I actually have a list of things I would love to do more of every day. This makes it kind of hard to actually DO these things everyday, but I think it keeps my passions and goals fresh and mobile!
- I would love to read physical books more everyday. I listen to books quite a bit while driving, and read a fair amount of things online but I prefer sitting and reading a REAL book while it’s in my hands.
- I would love to WALK way more than I do now. I used to walk an average of five miles a day and I miss the time I had doing it. I didn’t have a car so my main form of transport was on foot, and later by bike.
- I wish I could do ashtanga yoga flows everyday in the evening. I miss how I felt while doing my yoga teacher training several years ago and wish I could slice out time to do 1 1/2 hour sequences again.
- I wish I could sing and play the piano WAY more than I do now. Music used to be my life and now I feel myself split in so many directions it’s hard to find time to play music every day.
